Bangkok: The court granted bail to "Tik Shiro" in the amount of 200,000 baht, but prohibited him from leaving the country. The bail decision comes in the wake of a car accident on the Thep Rak intersection bridge that led to two fatalities, a case that has garnered significant attention.
According to Thai News Agency, Tik Shiro, involved in a car accident that resulted in two deaths, has been temporarily released on bail while his appeal is pending. He faced charges of driving under the influence of alcohol causing death, negligent driving causing death, and property damage. Initially sentenced to four years in prison, his confession led to a reduction of the sentence to two years.
The court's bail conditions require Tik Shiro to remain within the country unless he receives court authorization to travel. Additionally, he is prohibited from engaging in similar activities related to his charges, a violation of which would be considered a breach of the bail agreement.
