Bangkok: Khao San Road is packed with tourists during Songkran. The atmosphere on Khao San Road during Songkran is bustling with both Thai and foreign tourists who continue to arrive to participate in the water festivities.

According to Thai News Agency, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration has designated Khao San Road as a place where water splashing is allowed until 10:00 PM each day for safety and order. Songkran activities in the area will continue until April 15th, after which the area will return to normal.
