Bangkok:Surat Thani Truck drivers and citizens spent the night in Surat Thani before continuing their protest journey towards Bangkok.

According to Thai News Agency, the protest is organized by groups affected by the rising fuel prices, along with allies of the People's Revolutionary Front for the Protection of the Land.

These groups are gathering in preparation for a march to Government House this weekend. Their aim is to submit a letter to the Prime Minister, urging action to freeze fuel prices and alleviate the burden of high living costs. Tonight, protesters in the South will convene in Surat Thani Province, marking a significant step in their movement.
