The Budget Bureau proposes to increase a nd change the budget for consideration by the Special Committee on the Consideration of the Draft Budget Act for Fiscal Year 2025 and the adjustment of the assignment of the authority to oversee the integrated plan for fiscal year 2025. The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives has requested an extension of the operation period of the Agricultural Production Restructuring Fund to increase the country's competitiveness and the 2024 wet season rice insurance project. The Ministry of Transport presented the results of the private sector selection and the draft joint investment contract that had been considered by the Office of the Attorney General and the important conditions of the joint investment contract for the Orange Line electric train project from Bang Khun Non to Min Buri, which Mr. Suriya Juangroongruangkit, Minister of Transport, was confident that there were no legal issues remaining. He had submitted the opinions of all agencies to the Cabinet and agreed with the project. The public should be a ble to use the service in 2028. There is also an opinion from Pol. Col. Thawee Sodsong, Minister of Justice, regarding the case of the end of the suspension of the sentence of Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra, former Prime Minister, which will take place in August, that it is following normal procedures.
