The event was meticulously organized by marketing visionary Ms. Chantharapat Kittinattrakul (Jill Yallop), who orchestrated the collaboration with award-winning designers and prominent figures in the fashion industry. Attendees who donned traditional Thai attire and jeans enjoyed complimentary entry, bypassing the usual fees of 1,500 THB for locals and 500 THB for residents. The day unfolded with a full schedule of activities, including Thai and international cuisine, sound healing, a vibrant foam party, traditional Thai dance performances, and the exclusive fashion show. The event also showcased fabric designs representing the nine provinces of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Eastern Region, crafted by Ms. Kanokkittika Kritwuttikorn, the regional director, as part of the "Colorful East" initiative.
