Uttaradit: "Yotchanan" received a garland of Lin-Long Lablae durians and said he is ready to bring agricultural products to the world's attention. According to Thai News Agency, people of Uttaradit made garlands of Lin-Long Lablae durian to present to "Yotchanan," who jokingly remarked on his stiff neck. He expressed his readiness to bring agricultural products to the world stage and hopes to overwhelmingly win over "Ravee Lekuthai," breaking previous records. Mr. Yotsanan Wongsawat, the Pheu Thai Party's prime ministerial candidate, visited Uttaradit Province, campaigning for Ms. Anchisa Supharaksajinda, the candidate for Member of Parliament in Uttaradit Constituency 1, Mr. Waruj Siriwat in Constituency 2, and Mr. Rawee Lekutai in Constituency 3, at the Uttaradit Provincial Hall. Mr. Somsak Thepsutin, a Pheu Thai Party list candidate responsible for the lower northern region, joined the campaign. The atmosphere was lively, with the area filled with people listening to the speech. Upon Mr. Yotsanan's arr ival, people swarmed him, hugging, kissing, taking photos, and presenting him with various garlands, including those made from Lin-Long Lablae durians. Mr. Yotsanan remarked on the uniqueness of this experience, noting the stiffness in his neck from the garland. In his speech, Mr. Yotsanan emphasized showcasing Uttaradit's achievements to the world alongside the candidates for all three constituencies. He acknowledged the longstanding support from the people of Uttaradit for the Pheu Thai Party, noting past landslide victories. He urged for continued support, promising diligent work for the province. Mr. Yotsanan highlighted the unique voting characteristic of the province and introduced Mr. Somsak Thepsutin, emphasizing his instrumental role in the party's success. During the campaign, Mr. Yotsanan called for overwhelming support for Mr. Rawee to break previous voting records. He assured the public of certain benefits if they voted for the Pheu Thai Party, including policies to improve farmers' quality of life, such as debt relief. He addressed the decline in tourism and income due to COVID-19 and emphasized policies for debt consolidation and agricultural price improvements. Mr. Somsak is tasked with overseeing enhancements for rice, sugarcane, corn, and durian prices, aiming to showcase them internationally. Improvements for other agricultural products and water resource management were also highlighted, with the Pheu Thai Party's focus on supporting farmers.
