Auntie Bualao, 66 years old, sells noodles for 10 baht in Nong Sarika Village, Village 11, Plaeng Yao District, Chachoengsao Province. The unique feature of this shop is that it still uses a wood stove. Auntie Bualao said that she has been selling noodles since she was 20 years old. The starting price is only 10 baht. If customers want more, they can order for 20 baht or more. Some people come to order more than 10 bowls because they like the taste of the soup. The amount of noodles is not small. Most importantly, there is a fragrant smell from the wood stove. Nowadays, not many people use a wood stove to cook. The noodles she sells are chicken noodles and pork noodles.
Auntie Bualao said that she is a single mother who sells noodles for 10 baht until she can send her two children to graduate with degrees. This is the proudest moment in her
