Bangkok: A total of 119 Members of Parliament have reported to the House of Representatives over the past six days. Four members of the 27th House of Representatives reported to the Secretariat of the House of Representatives today, bringing the total to 119 members from eight political parties over this period.
According to Thai News Agency, the Secretariat of the House of Representatives is accepting registrations from members of the 27th House of Representatives today, marking the sixth day since the Election Commission announced the certification of the election results. Four members of the House registered today: Ms. Wanpen Promphat from Phetchabun Province, Mr. Phitsanu Phonthi from Pathum Thani Province, Mr. Nop Cheewanan from Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, and Mr. Aphinan Samosorn from Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, all representing the Bhumjaithai Party.
In summary, during the six-day registration period, 119 Members of Parliament have registered. The registration numbers over the days are as follows: 47 on February 26, 46 on February 27, 4 on February 28, 4 on March 1, 14 on March 2, and 4 on March 3.
The political party representation among the 119 registered members is divided with Bhumjaithai Party having 54 members, Pheu Thai Party 52 members, People's Party 1 member, Prachachart Party 4 members, Palang Pracharath Party 4 members, Kla Tham Party 2 representatives, Democrat Party 1 member, and New Opportunity Party 1 representative.
