Bangkok: Former TV host and actress Ma Ornapa found herself in tears as she faced officials at her food stall following a controversy over the lack of a price tag on her steamed fish curry dish. The incident, which began with a complaint filed with the Central Committee on Prices of Goods and Services, culminated in Ma being fined 200 baht for not displaying the price of her dish.

According to Thai News Agency, the officials' inspection led to the fine being imposed as a first-time offense. Despite admitting her oversight, Ma Ornapa expressed her suspicion of being singled out. In compliance, she paid the fine, signed the necessary documents, and ensured the price sign was displayed at her stall. Amidst the unfolding drama, Ma shared a video on Instagram, expressing her desire to move past the incident, while customers continued to visit her stall.

In a follow-up post, Ma shared an emotional video where she appeared visibly distressed, thanking her friend Mawin for his unwavering support. The video prompted an outpouring of supportive messages from fans and fellow entertainers, who rallied around Ma during this challenging time.
