Nonthaburi: "Khwan" testified on behalf of "Tangmo's mother" in filing a police report regarding false evidence. The search for the truth continues in the case of actress "Tangmo's" death. Recently, Professor Panthap, accompanied by "Kwan Usamanee," submitted new evidence, stating that the picture "Kratik" used as evidence in court was actually a photo of "Kwan's" boat, taken on the same day as Tangmo's death.

According to Thai News Agency, Professor Panthep Puapongsak, representing the Guardians of the Land Foundation, along with Mrs. Panida Sirayutthayothin, Tangmo's mother, actress Kwan-Usamanee Vaithayanon, and Ms. Dada, the owner of the photograph of the people on the boat, filed a police report at the Nonthaburi City Police Station. This followed the discovery that the photographs of the two individuals were being used as evidence in court regarding the death of actress Tangmo Pataratida. Documents were allegedly signed stating that the photographs belonged to "Kratik" to confirm her innocence.

Professor Panthep revealed that the photo of Khongkwan Usamanee was taken on a boat trip on the Chao Phraya River on the same day as Tangmo, and she was taking pictures with friends. However, Khongkwan's photo was used and altered to make it appear as if it was a photo of Tangmo taking a picture of herself. The time on the photo was changed, and it was used to claim that it was the time Tangmo went to urinate at the back of the boat. Khongkwan's younger brother, Dada, was on the boat on the same day as Tangmo and took a picture of a boat that resembled Tangmo's. When he heard that Tangmo had fallen off the boat, he sent the photo to Dada to post. In reality, it was a picture of Khongkwan's boat. Therefore, he brought both of them as witnesses for Tangmo's mother to file a police report against those who used the photo, which may have been false evidence.

Kwan Usamanee revealed that she was unaware that her image had been used without her knowledge. She stated that she was speaking out today to present her side of the story. She believes that the full truth will depend on the collection of evidence, and that this information will help the authorities obtain a more systematic and clear picture. Finally, Kwan believes that the police will uphold justice, and she is also here as the daughter of a police officer.

Meanwhile, Tangmo's mother said she was glad that Kwan had come to help as a witness. When reporters asked if she had anything to say about Kratik, she simply said, "In short, karma will catch up to whoever commits the crime."

And most recently, Kwan Usamanee posted on Facebook stating that today she chooses to stand with the truth to reclaim justice for her sister, Mo. She asked the police officers, senior officials in all agencies, and the power of the public to help protect the truth and ensure her safe return home every day. She also requested that this post serve as a record that, from September 2nd, 2026, if Kwan, her family, or close associates are threatened, harassed, or experience any unusual incidents, the relevant agencies should conduct a thorough investigation, linking it to Kwan's testimony today.
