Anutin Champions Debt Relief Policy to Alleviate Public Hardship

Nakhon ratchasima: Anutin Charnvirakul, leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, took to the stage in Khong District to campaign for Titirat Rattanaset, a candidate for Member of Parliament. He called on voters to support Rattanaset, promising that their votes would yield greater benefits. Anutin emphasized his debt relief policy as a key measure to ease public hardship, asserting that people favored the "Half-Price Plus" scheme over direct cash handouts.

According to Thai News Agency, Anutin addressed the crowd, underscoring his commitment to supporting Rattanaset, who is running in Constituency 16, Nakhon Ratchasima. Anutin highlighted that he had campaigned in three districts that day, with Khong District seeing the largest turnout. He urged voters to back Rattanaset, aiming for a victory of over 30,000 votes, with an additional 3,000 to 10,000 votes if needed.

Anutin described Nakhon Ratchasima as Thailand's second-largest province after Bangkok, noting its significance as the primary gateway to the Northeast and a major hub for transporting agricultural and industrial goods. He expressed confidence that the Bhumjaithai Party's efforts in addressing agricultural product price issues and protecting Thai land would be recognized by the public.

During his speech, Anutin stressed the security of the Thai-Cambodian border and the benefits of border closures in preventing foreign agricultural products from entering Thailand, thereby boosting domestic produce prices. He assured the audience that the Bhumjaithai Party remained true to its promises, citing the success of the "Half-Price Plus" project, which received positive feedback from market vendors.

Anutin addressed the issue of high interest rates on debt, advocating for solutions outside the formal system to protect the public from creditor exploitation. He emphasized the need for the government to stand firm against external pressures, likening the situation to a national challenge where resilience is key to regaining control.

He further highlighted the strategic importance of Nakhon Ratchasima as the center of the Northeast region, advocating for the utilization of its infrastructure, such as 10-lane roads and high-speed rail, to bolster both the province and the country. Anutin confirmed the continuation of Thai-Lao border trade and the "Half-Price Plus" scheme as long as public demand exists.

Anutin concluded his speech by encouraging voters to support the Bhumjaithai Party in the upcoming election, humorously mentioning a "baby face" procedure he underwent, and expressing his determination to serve the people as their representative.
