Bangkok: Anutin Charnvirakul has announced his support for legal proceedings against Yingcheep Atchanont of the Internet for People's Law Project (iLaw), following allegations of collusion in the selection of senators. Charnvirakul's remarks came after the 'Raksa Phaen Din' Facebook page expressed support for the lawsuit.
According to Thai News Agency, reporters revealed that Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul confirmed his intent to pursue legal action against Yingcheep Atchanont. The case centers around accusations of collusion among senators, a matter that has garnered significant attention.
Recently, Mr. Anutin commented on a post by 'Raksa Phaen Din' (Protecting the Land) on Facebook, which advocated for action against Yingcheep of iLaw. The post stated, "We support Prime Minister Anutin and those involved in suing Yingcheep of iLaw to the fullest extent." In response, Mr. Anutin assured, "Acknowledged. Will comply."
