Bangkok: Anutin Charnvirakul has firmly denied any intentions of reconciling with Newin Shinawatra and Phiphat Phakdi, insisting that they are already on good terms. Addressing the circulating rumors, Anutin retorted, "Why do we need to reconcile? Are you living in my house?" He stressed that the internal matters of his party are no longer of anyone's concern, aligning himself with "Sotai's" post about severing ties with traitors and criticizing those who seek attention and pose as political analysts.
According to Thai News Agency, Anutin expressed his frustration by questioning the necessity of 'clearing the air.' "Why do I need to 'clear the air'? Why do I need to clear the air? Are you in my house? If not, don't ask about internal affairs. How would you know that I've cleared the air? Why would there be anything to clear up? We've been together for how many years? Since you hadn't even finished university. This is an internal family and party matter, not anyone else's business to be involved in," he stated emphatically.
When asked about his response to those spreading negative rumors, Anutin made it clear that he would not address issues concerning his family publicly. He referred to a recent post by Mrs. Karuna Chidchob, Mr. Newin's wife, which emphasized cutting ties with traitors and maintaining relations with the sincere. Anutin remarked, "What's so strange about that? Yesterday was mild enough. My Mrs. Newin, what's strange about it? I don't see anything strange. She didn't say anything wrong. She said there are people you shouldn't associate with, those who are insincere, those who lie and deceive."
He further criticized the individuals spreading misinformation, stating, "The public is being misled by these people who are hungry for attention, lack information, and have no profession. How can anyone trust these people?" Anutin highlighted the struggles of those spreading rumors, noting their financial difficulties and failing businesses, and urged journalists to analyze situations better, emphasizing the importance of education in aiding such analysis.
