Bangkok: "Big Tao," a high-ranking official, is preparing to release a series of video clips tomorrow related to the ongoing "gold bribery case." These clips are believed to provide substantial evidence for prosecuting those involved. The materials are expected to be submitted to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC).

According to Thai News Agency, Pol. Maj. Gen. Jaroonkiat Panngaeo, Deputy Commander of the Central Investigation Bureau, confirmed that more than 10 video clips will be presented as key evidence in the case file. These clips are deemed significant enough to initiate prosecution against six individuals implicated in the scandal, including Pol. Gen. Surachet Hakparn, Mr. Ekawit (one of the NACC commissioners), and other officials.

The decision on whether the NACC will take over the case or return it to the police remains at the commission's discretion. It is anticipated that a decision will be made within a week. Pol. Maj. Gen. Panngaeo expressed his preference for the NACC to handle the case, citing a desire for transparency and impartiality, although he stated he would not oppose if the case is returned to the police for further investigation.
