Bangkok: Bindh Banluekrit, a well-known actor and volunteer, is making a notable return to the director's chair after a hiatus of over seven years with his new film, "Hunt, Reclaim, Body." The action film, which boasts a budget exceeding 30 million baht, draws inspiration from real-life stories Banluekrit encountered during his time assisting disaster victims. The film features a star-studded cast including Ken Phupoom, Kochabell Sarunrat, Praptpatol Suwanbang, and Aoy Jirawadee, and is set for release in theaters later this year.

According to Thai News Agency, Bindh Banluekrit, who has been a dedicated volunteer and manager of special activities for the Ruam Katanyu Foundation for over 40 years, recently shared his thoughts on visiting Private Dejsak Trikham. Private Trikham, who stepped on a landmine on February 27th in the Chong Rayi area of Kab Choeng District, Surin Province, was described by Banluekrit as a young individual facing a tragic ordeal while serving his country.

In addition to his film project, Banluekrit has engaged in charitable activities such as sponsoring fuel for road construction vehicles heading to Ta Kwai Castle and Hill 350 of Luang Ta Yuen Khantiphalo at Wat Sutthithammaram, Surin Province. This fuel is intended to support security missions of soldiers along the southern Isaan border and operations along the Thai-Cambodian border.

Despite receiving widespread public praise for his efforts, Banluekrit has faced some criticism from a small minority who accuse him of creating a false image. Nevertheless, he remains unfazed by negative comments, choosing instead to focus on his charitable work and positive contributions to society. Banluekrit believes in the principle that good deeds will be rewarded, and he refrains from retaliating against detractors, maintaining that ignoring negativity will eventually diminish its impact.
