Phruek Panich is coming forward to defend himself after anti-fans spread fake news, causing misunderstandings that have damaged his reputation, rights, and image. He is now preparing to take legal action to the fullest extent against those who originated the false information, those involved, those who supported it, and those who spread, forwarded, or amplified it. Legal procedures have already been initiated, and additional evidence is being gathered to file charges against all individuals or groups involved.

According to Thai News Agency, Mundee Work Co., Ltd., the management company for artists under the DOMUNDI label, issued a statement saying, "We would like to inform you that the dissemination and sharing of information through social media recently has been distorting the facts, defamatory, and misleading, causing widespread misunderstanding and seriously impacting the reputation, rights, and image of Mr. Phruek Panich, an artist under the management of DOMUND."

The company wishes to inform you that the aforementioned information has been widely disseminated and amplified, both by individuals with malicious intent and by those who have interpreted, forwarded, or further disseminated false information without verification, causing ongoing damage to the victims.

The company requests and seeks cooperation from all parties to immediately cease the dissemination, forwarding, interpretation, commenting, and any other actions related to such false information, as such actions may constitute participation in a criminal offense.

Regarding legal proceedings, we would like to clarify that the legal action in this case is being taken in the name of an individual, Mr. Phruek Panich, and not on behalf of Mundywork Co., Ltd. The victim has already initiated legal procedures and is in the process of gathering additional evidence to file a lawsuit against all individuals or groups involved.

The victim reserves the right to pursue legal action, both civil and criminal, to the fullest extent of the law against all those who originated, participated in, supported, and disseminated such false information, without prior notice or notification.
