Chaiwut Unveils Rak Chart Party’s Plans for Candidate Launch Amid Political Climate

Bangkok: Chaiwut Thanakamanusorn, leader of the Rak Chart Party, announced during an event at Samyan Mitrtown Shopping Center that the party is set to unveil its candidates and prime ministerial candidate soon, encouraging young people to embrace the party’s ideology. He emphasized his hopes to amend laws to facilitate livelihoods and mentioned that he does not foresee the Prime Minister dissolving parliament due to unresolved constitutional amendments and border issues.

According to Thai News Agency, Chaiwut explained the motivation behind forming the Rak Chart Party, highlighting the dissatisfaction of the younger generation with the current political climate. He stated that many young individuals are eager to engage in politics and elections, prompting the creation of a political platform that caters to their aspirations. This led to the establishment of the Rak Chart Party, which aims to provide opportunities for youth involvement.

When discussing the party’s policies for the upcoming election, Chaiwut mentioned the focus on encouraging young people to contribute to developing policies that support the public, small businesses, and SMEs facing competition challenges. The party intends to work on improving laws and regulations to create more opportunities for Thais to earn a living.

As preparations for the election continue with the establishment of party branches and candidate selection, Chaiwut acknowledged that the Rak Chart Party is in its early stages but committed to fielding as many candidates as possible. He also addressed concerns about the party’s financial independence, emphasizing the importance of transparency and the absence of financiers or vested interests influencing the party’s operations.

Chaiwut shared his views on the possibility of the Prime Minister dissolving parliament, expressing doubt about its likelihood given the current constitutional amendments and national security issues. He emphasized the need for political parties to prepare for elections and present policies that address public concerns.

Regarding the Rak Chart Party’s campaign strategy, Chaiwut hinted at the involvement of young people and members of the entertainment industry, promising another official launch event. He confirmed plans to unveil a prime minister candidate in the future, inviting those interested in politics to join the party’s efforts.
