Chinese Student Jumps to Her Death from Dorm Room; Shocking Discovery: Female Body Found in Room with Blood-Tinged Message of Anger

Pathum thani: A Chinese student jumped to her death from a dormitory room near a well-known university. Shockingly, the female student was found stabbed in her room, with messages written in blood all over the walls.

According to Thai News Agency, in the early hours of April 5th, police at Khlong Luang Police Station in Pathum Thani Province investigated a fatal fall from a height inside a dormitory near a well-known university in Pathum Thani. At the scene, they found the body of a 30-year-old Chinese man. The body showed signs of assault, with cuts on both wrists and a black tattoo of Roman numerals.

Mr. Weerapat, 23, a resident on the same floor, recounted that around 1 AM, while he was sleeping, there was a loud knocking on his door. When he opened the door, he found the man sitting in front of his room with his face covered in blood. He was very shocked, so he quickly ran back into his room, locked the door, and immediately called security. They later discovered that the man had jumped to his death.

Later, authorities were notified that a deceased person was found inside a room in the dormitory. The deceased was a 21-year-old female student, Ms. Natthanicha, a first-year student at a well-known university. She was found naked with severe stab wounds all over her body. Medical examiners estimated she had been dead for approximately 8-24 hours.

Inside the room, belongings were found scattered and ransacked. A knife, believed to have been used in the crime, was found on a reading desk near the door. Most shocking, however, was the discovery of several sentences written in English on the walls of the room and bathroom. These sentences translated to: "I have to go... I tried so hard. Understanding is more important than money..." Officers photographed and collected the evidence.

Pol. Lt. Col. Chalad Homngern, Deputy Superintendent of Investigation at Khlong Luang Police Station, revealed that the incident of the Chinese man who jumped to his death from the building and the body found in the room are consistent, as the two were a couple. A witness, a Chinese student in the adjacent room, stated that about two weeks prior, she had heard a man arguing violently on the phone.

Police speculate that the couple had a violent argument before the man fatally stabbed his girlfriend. He then slit his own wrists and used his blood to write messages expressing his anger on the wall before jumping from the balcony of their apartment to escape punishment.

However, the Poh Teck Tung Foundation has been tasked with transporting the deceased's body for a thorough autopsy at the Forensic Institute of Thammasat University Hospital to determine the true cause of death. Further questioning of close associates will be conducted to ascertain the motive for the incident.
