Cosmax Inc. on Monday reported its second-quarter net profit of 35.3 billion won (US$25.8 million), up 28.9 percent from a year earlier. The company said in a regulatory filing that operating income for the April-June period rose 1.4 percent on-year to 46.7 billion won. Sales increased 15.1 percent to 551.5 billion won.
