Bangkok: DJ Boy, also known as Chakrin Chumnim, has expressed a heartfelt message of support for his sister, Nana Raibeena, following her arrest by the Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECD) police. The arrest took place at Nana’s residence in the Phra Khanong area of Bangkok on charges related to fraud and violations of the Emergency Decree on Loans.
According to Thai News Agency, DJ Boy visited Nana at the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) on the day of her arrest. Nana expressed a desire to see him, saying, “It would be nice if you could show me your face.” Upon meeting, the siblings embraced, offering each other support without discussing the details of the case. Nana remarked, “We’ll let the legal process take its course.”
Despite facing criticism himself, DJ Boy took to social media to explain his unwavering support for his sister during her difficult time. He acknowledged the legal proceedings, stating, “Whatever happened was wrong, it was wrong, and the process was handled according to the law. I never took sides…but I will stand here besides being criticized, insulted, and ridiculed.” His message emphasized the importance of family, noting that he is standing by Nana not only for her but also for his niece. “When she grows up, she’ll know that when her mother is at her hardest and most difficult, there’s still an uncle standing by her side.”
The message resonated with many, including Ann Alisha, who commented in solidarity, “I’m standing here for my grandchildren too.”
