Sattahip: A heated altercation between dog owners escalated into violence last evening, resulting in a stabbing incident near Ban Khao Chi Chan School, Moo 11, Bang Sare Subdistrict, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. A 54-year-old Polish man sustained a stab wound to the chest after an argument over a dog fight turned violent.

According to Thai News Agency, the confrontation began when the Polish man's dog allegedly attacked a dog belonging to a Thai woman and her husband. The situation quickly escalated when the Polish man attempted to assault the woman's elderly husband. In response, the 51-year-old Thai woman, Ms. Jindaporn, used a knife to stab the Polish man, claiming her actions were in self-defense.

Emergency personnel arrived promptly at the scene, providing immediate assistance to the injured man and transporting him to Queen Sirikit Royal Thai Navy Hospital. Fortunately, his condition is now stable, and he is out of danger.

Following the incident, local authorities, including the Bang Sare subdistrict head and Sattahip Police, surrounded a nearby house to engage in negotiations with the suspect. Ms. Jindaporn eventually surrendered and confessed to the stabbing, explaining the sequence of events leading to her defensive act. She stated that her actions were in defense of her husband and herself, as the altercation had intensified rapidly.

Law enforcement officers conducted a reconstruction of the incident at the crime scene based on her confession. Subsequently, Ms. Jindaporn was taken to Sattahip Police Station for further investigation and to face legal proceedings related to the incident.
