Dome Pakorn Lam Summoned Over Harassing Comments Towards Jinny Yosuda

Bangkok: Police have issued a summons to Dome Pakorn Lam regarding his harassing comments towards Jinny Yosuda. The case involves the singer Dome Pakorn Lam, who has been charged with violating the Computer Crime Act and with sexual harassment via computer systems under Section 284/1, Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code, after commenting on a Facebook post by Jinny Yosuda, the daughter of Khunying Sudarat Keyuraphan, in an inappropriate manner.

According to Thai News Agency, Pol. Col. Marut Sudnongbua, Superintendent of Phaholyothin Police Station, revealed that officers have issued a summons for Dome to appear for questioning. They are coordinating with Dome to arrange his appearance, expected in early February 2026. Nine Entertainment news team attempted to contact Dome regarding his schedule, but he is currently performing a concert in Nakhon Phanom province. This is the first summons, and it is understood that Dome's lawyer has requested a postponement, but a new date has not yet been specified. The investigating officer in this case is currently on leave abroad, and confirmation regarding their return date is awaited from Dome's lawyer.
