Foreign Ambassadors to Thailand present their credentials and letters of credence.

Today (20 Oct. 2024) at 6:37 p.m., His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen appeared at Amporn Sathan Throne Hall, Dusit Palace, granting an audience to foreign ambassadors to Thailand to present their credentials and letters of credence, as follows: - Mr. Danny Annan, residing in Bangkok, presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark to Thailand. Prior to assuming the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark to Thailand, Mr. Danny Annan served as Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to the Republic of Turkey. - Mr. Morecome Mumba, residing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Zambia to Thailand. In assuming the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Zambia to Thailand, Mr. Morcam Mumba also held the position of Ambassador of the Republic of Zambia to Malaysia. - Mrs. Edirisinghe Arachc hilage Sriyani Wijayanthi Edirisinghe, residing in Bangkok, presented her credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to Thailand. Prior to assuming the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to Thailand, Mrs. Ethirisinghe Arajjilake Sriyanee Vijayanti Ethirisinghe was the Director-General, Department of Human Resource Development, Research and Training, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. - Mr. Faiyaz Murshid Kazi, residing in Bangkok, presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to Thailand. Prior to assuming the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to Thailand, Mr. Fayyaz Murshid Ghazi was Director-General of the Department of Multilateral Economic Affairs and Acting Director-General of the United Nations Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. - Ms. Kristiina Kuvaja-Xanthopoulos, residing in Bangkok, presented her credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland to Thailand. Prior to assuming the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland to Thailand, Ms. Kristina Guvaya-Santopoulos was the Ambassador of the Republic of Finland to the Republic of Bulgaria.
