Bangkok: Government House recently opened its doors to the Miss Thailand 2026 pageant organizers. The Deputy Secretary-General to the Prime Minister for Administration, representing the Prime Minister, welcomed the organizers, who were there to receive policy guidelines for organizing the popular event.
According to Thai News Agency, the Miss Thailand 2026 pageant organizers are sponsored by TPN Global Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Vajiravudh College Alumni Association under Royal Patronage. Representatives from both the public and private sectors attended the courtesy visit to seek guidance and advice on the pageant's activities. The Prime Minister assigned Ms. Chanida Kasemsook, Deputy Secretary-General to the Prime Minister for Administration, to represent him in welcoming and giving guidance to the Miss Thailand 2026 contestants.
Ms. Chanida highlighted the long history of the Miss Thailand pageant, noting that this year marks the 93rd anniversary of Thailand's first beauty pageant. She expressed her wishes for the pageant's continued success in all its endeavors.
The Miss Thailand 2026 pageant is set to take place from February 7th to 22nd, 2026, with Trang province as the host. Contestants will participate in a training camp from February 10th to 16th, 2026, aimed at promoting and publicizing cultural and local tourism in Trang province. The final competition is scheduled for Sunday, February 22nd, 2026, at Chaengwattana Hall, Central Chaengwattana.
The Miss Thailand pageant, originally known as the Miss Sri Siam pageant, was first held in 1934 and has continued annually. The winner of the 2026 title will be the 57th Miss Thailand of Thailand.
