He was shot and nearly died twice, but the gunman is still at large.

The nephew of the deputy mayor of a sub-district administrative organization in Buriram and his family are in great fear after the ringleader in Pakham district shot and killed his house, leaving it riddled with bullets, and shot him 6 times, the second time seriously. However, the gunman is still at large, posting about living in luxury, even though there is an arrest warrant, and his gang of friends also came to rev their cars and cause trouble in front of his house. They are asking the police to make an arrest quickly.

Mr. Thanadol, 28 years old, from Hu Thap Nop Subdistrict, Pakham District, Buriram Province, the nephew of the deputy mayor of a subdistrict administrative organization in Pakham District, along with Mrs. Jim, 50 years old, his mother, and Ms. Ratikarn, 23 years old, Mr. Thanadol’s wife, who is 7 months pregnant, have come out to ask for justice and demand that the police officers expedite the arrest of the perpetrators as there is an arrest warrant.

After the incident where Mr. So, aged a
bout 24, and several of his friends rode a motorcycle holding a sword and a gun, revving their engines in front of the house, Mr. So used the gun he brought to shoot at the house of the deputy mayor of the Hu Thap Subdistrict Administrative Organization while Mr. Thanadol and his friends were sitting and drinking together in front of the house at around 01.00 a.m., which was the middle of the night of August 15, overlapping August 16, 2013, causing the house and the car of the deputy mayor to be riddled with bullets and damaged, and Mr. Thanadol, the deputy mayor’s nephew, was shot just below his right breast and injured.

Later, at approximately 12:30 p.m. on January 14, 2 assailants wearing masks to hide their faces rode a motorcycle and shot Mr. Thanadol, the nephew of the Deputy Prime Minister, 6 times in a row, with 4 bullets entering his body, near Lam Mas Bridge, Pakham-Seang Sang Road, Suksamran Village, Pakham Subdistrict, Pakham District. He was rushed to the hospital in serious condition and receiv
ed treatment at the hospital for several days. He was treated at home for several more months, causing him to lose income because he could not go to work.

In the first case of the house shooting, the police charged Mr. So with ‘attempted murder’ and he is currently on bail to fight the case. The court date is set for Nang Rong Provincial Court on November 12, 2024. As for the second case of the shooting of the nephew of the sub-district administrative organization chief, the perpetrators fired 6 shots. It is known that an arrest warrant has been issued for Mr. So, but he has not been arrested yet. In addition, Mr. So has posted about living a luxurious life and being able to go anywhere as usual. Sometimes I see posts about going to the hospital, but it is still strange that there is an arrest warrant but he has not been arrested. In addition, there are groups of teenagers who are in the same gang as Mr. So who have ridden motorcycles to disturb and challenge in front of the house many times, so he does not
dare to go to work for fear of being ambushed or shot again, causing him to lose income to take care of the family. Currently, his wife is heavily pregnant and close to giving birth, so he has no money. He is worried about his wife and has 3 children to take care of. He would like to implore the police to quickly arrest the gunman who caused the incident so that he will be punished according to the law and compensate for what happened.

Mrs. Jim, Thanadol’s mother, said that her son was shot and nearly died twice, but the perpetrator is still at large and can go anywhere as usual. He posted that he is living comfortably even though an arrest warrant has been issued. However, her son and family have to live in fear and do not dare to go to work for fear of being shot again. The family is in great trouble because not only is her son unable to go out to work to support the family, the other party has never taken responsibility or compensated for what he did. Furthermore, there are groups of his friends who come
to disturb and challenge him. She would like to ask for justice.

While the Pakham Police Station confirmed that they are following the process, the case of the house shooting has been concluded and sent to the prosecutor. It is waiting to go to court. As for the case of the perpetrators who were shot at, an arrest warrant has been issued according to the process and the perpetrators have been tracked down throughout, but they have not been found. It is believed that they are not in the area because if there is an arrest warrant, they will be arrested anyway.
