According to Thai News Agency, Yala Province has declared a disaster area or an emergency disaster relief area. The flood situation this time has affected 1 district, 1 sub-district, and 6 villages. The affected areas are Muang Yala District, Sateng Nok Sub-district (Villages 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 13). A total of 700 households, 3,500 people, have been affected. Eight households, comprising 25 people, have been evacuated to the multipurpose building, Chaloem Phrakiat Market, Village No. 4, and 1 road.

Regarding the current situation in Yala Province, continuous rainfall continues. Relevant agencies are closely monitoring the situation 24 hours a day to prepare for any changes and provide timely assistance to the public.
