According to Thai News Agency, Masatada Ishii, along with Kritsada Kaman, represented BG Pathum United at a press conference to declare their readiness ahead of their fourth group stage match against Kaya FC Iloilo. Ishii expressed his commitment to preparing himself and his team thoroughly following his appointment as manager. Despite a previous victory over Kaya, he emphasized the importance of not becoming complacent, urging fans to support the team in their home game to enhance morale.

Kritsada Kaman acknowledged Kaya’s quality players and their strength in counter-attacking, stressing the need to respect their capabilities. However, he noted that playing at home provides an advantage for BG Pathum United.
