Bangkok: It’s officially over after a long legal battle for actress Jakjaan Akumsiri, who has assigned lawyer Nida Saranaya to take legal action against Abi or Ms. Pokchan, her former personal manager, and four others involved for joint defamation by advertising in the case of spreading rumors about “two worlds” which caused criticism and damaged the reputation of the famous actress, as previously reported.

According to Thai News Agency, the court has finally made its decision. Lawyer Nida revealed that the court has ruled against former manager Jakjaan Akumsiri in the case of accusing her of having two worlds. She stated, “Miss Akumsiri (Khun Jakjaan) – plaintiff, Ms. Pokchan – defendant. The court has ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff 2,000,000 baht in full as claimed (in the case of accusing her of having a second world), 5 percent interest from the date of filing, and 80,000 baht in attorney’s fees.”
