Bangkok: Jatuporn Buruspat, the leader and prime ministerial candidate of the New Opportunity Party, spearheaded a campaign effort alongside party leaders to garner support for Ms. Orapin Petchatat in the Din Daeng-Phaya Thai constituency. During the campaign, Jatuporn addressed residents' issues and pledged immediate action on their concerns, while also expressing concern over recent crane collapse incidents.

According to Thai News Agency, Jatuporn was joined by notable party figures including Dr. Tosaporn Serirak and Ms. Anusree Thapsuwan as they visited Din Daeng Central Market. The aim was to campaign for Ms. Orapin, the party's candidate number 6, and engage directly with the residents of Din Daeng apartments. The team listened to issues such as housing defects in new condominiums, inadequate public amenities, and potential rent hikes.

Jatuporn assured residents of swift resolutions to these issues, promising to engage with the National Housing Authority. He emphasized the party's commitment to improving living conditions and highlighted the party's policy slogan, "With us, there will be no darkness," which underscores their focus on providing comfort and peace to constituents.

The campaign also took a serious note of the recent crane collapses, with Jatuporn expressing condolences to the affected families and stressing the need for a thorough investigation. Mr. Prapas Jongsonguan, another prime ministerial candidate from the party, has been tasked with examining the incident further to shape party policies.

Moreover, Jatuporn addressed environmental concerns, particularly PM 2.5 dust pollution, proposing solutions like AI integration and transitioning to electric vehicles. He advocated for legislative changes to hold polluters accountable, aiming to enhance public health and safety.

Concluding their visit, Jatuporn and his team engaged with market vendors, receiving positive feedback and support for Ms. Orapin's candidacy, identified as number 11 and number 44, from both vendors and shoppers.
