Hat yai: Lily Narinat is overwhelmed by her sister Jenny Ratchanok’s decision to purchase back her house in Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, and allow her to reopen her music label.
According to Thai News Agency, Hat Yai District in Songkhla Province has recently experienced severe flooding, leaving many households, including that of Southern singer Lily Narinat, in distress. Lily, also known simply as Lily, is the younger sister of Jenny Ratchanok, who announced her plan to buy back Lily’s house and restore the music label “Dai Mod Ta Sod Cheun” (Can Be Dried If You’re Happy). Jenny explained that the flooding caused significant damage to Lily’s house and predicted that future floods could occur, prompting her decision to provide a more stable environment for her sister.
Jenny highlighted the potential for “Dai Mod Ta Sod Cheun” to regain its previous success, with Lily at the helm managing services such as renting recording studios, dance practice rooms, and band practice spaces. Jenny assured that visiting artists could stay in one of the 12 available rooms at no cost. She expressed confidence that Lily’s management would revitalize their music endeavors and encouraged support for Lily, also known by her full name, Narinat Chueamlaem.
Jenny also mentioned the involvement of another artist, Nong Ball, and expressed hope that their combined efforts would rejuvenate their music activities. She noted that she had already sent a birthday gift to Lily but considered this gesture of buying back the house to be far more meaningful. Jenny envisioned a future where children, including Yoojin and Yaya, could enjoy participating in the music camp during school breaks.
Lily shared her emotional response in a video, expressing disbelief and gratitude for Jenny’s generosity. She acknowledged the stress caused by the flooding and thanked Jenny, affectionately referred to as P’Jane, for her unwavering support and companionship through challenging times.
