Madrid: Jrgen Klopp has made it clear he will not accept another coaching job, disappointing Real Madrid, who have expressed interest in the former Liverpool manager.
According to Thai News Agency, Real Madrid, following the departure of Xabi Alonso, had shown interest in recruiting Klopp to take over the team next season. Despite these reports, Klopp swiftly addressed media inquiries, stating he has no intention of managing another team after his tenure with Liverpool concludes in the summer of 2024. He further clarified that there has been no contact from Real Madrid regarding the position.
In the meantime, Real Madrid has appointed Alvaro Arbeloa, previously the coach of their B team, as Alonso's replacement. Klopp's decision leaves the Spanish club seeking other options for their next managerial appointment.
