Kim Seon-ho’s Agency Denies Tax Evasion Allegations

Seoul: Kim Seon-ho, a leading South Korean actor, is under scrutiny following reports that he established a family business potentially involved in tax evasion. The reports suggest that he serves as the CEO of the company, with his parents occupying roles as executives and auditors.

According to Thai News Agency, Fantagio, Kim Seon-ho's agency, has issued a statement refuting these allegations. The agency asserts that Kim Seon-ho conducts all his activities under his contract with Fantagio and has adhered to all legal requirements.

The statement further clarifies that the private company in question was initially created for producing stage plays and related activities, without any intent of tax evasion. Operations under this company ceased roughly a year ago after Kim Seon-ho joined Fantagio, and the company is currently undergoing formal dissolution in compliance with legal procedures.
