Kla Tham Party Awaits Direction from Thammanat Amid Political Uncertainty

Bangkok: "Amin" reiterates that the Kla Tham Party's stance is still unclear, waiting for a signal from "Thammanat". Amin revealed that there is still no clarity regarding the Kla Tham Party's participation in the government, pending a signal from "Thammanat," which is expected to become clearer after his return from Europe. He also affirmed that he will perform his duties to the best of his ability in all roles.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Amin Mayuso, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives and prospective MP under the Kla Tham Party, stated that there is currently no clarity regarding the Kla Tham Party's participation in the government. He said they must wait for a response from Captain Thamanat Phromphao, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, who is also the party's advisory chairman, and who will provide clarity on the party's direction.

Mr. Amin stated that he is personally not intimidated by the situation and is ready to perform his duties to the best of his ability, regardless of his role, whether as part of the government or the opposition.

"Things remain the same. We have to wait for the Deputy Prime Minister's signal, for the 'green light' to come back. Anything can happen. Yesterday was one thing, today is another. Personally, I'm not worried. We are ready to do our best in our duties, no matter where we are, we are ready to serve the people," Mr. Amorn said.

Currently, Captain Thamanat is on vacation, traveling in Northern Europe with his family. Last night, he posted on his personal Facebook account, "Found it! The green light. Goodnight, sweet dreams," along with a picture of himself standing amidst the green aurora borealis in the sky.

However, reports indicate that Captain Thamanat is scheduled to return to duty at the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives on February 25th, and it is expected that political clarity will emerge after his return.
