Naples: The LPGA’s annual 2025 Rolex LPGA Awards ceremony, held in Naples, Florida, USA, was a night of recognition and celebration for outstanding achievements in women’s golf. Australia’s Lee Min Ji was awarded the prestigious Annika Major Award, while Japan’s Miyu Yamashita claimed the Rookie of the Year title among other notable winners.

Highlighting the evening was Miyu Yamashita’s victory in the Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year award, following her impressive performance at The Annika Driven by Gainbridge at Pelican. Yamashita’s win continued the trend of Japanese golfers excelling in this category, marking her as the second consecutive and third overall Japanese recipient.

The Rolex ANNIKA Major Award, recognizing the golfer with the strongest performance in the LPGA’s five major tournaments, was presented to Lee Min Ji. Her stellar performances this year included a win at the Women’s PGA Championship and a top-ten finish in four additional majors. This accolade made Lee Min Ji the first player to win the award twice, further cementing her legacy as a trailblazer for Australian golfers.

Additional awards were presented across several categories, including the Heather Farr Perseverance Award to Lindy Duncan, and the Founders Award to Stacy Lewis. LPGA Hall of Fame members were honored with the Commissioner’s Award, while Marvol Barnard received the Ellen Griffin Rolex Award for her contributions.
