Madam Oi opens up, saying, ‘It’s too late to bow down to you.’

'Madam Oi' vows to take legal action against 'Lawyer Tum' for fraud of 71 million baht to the fullest extent of the law, stating that it is too late to bow down to his feet, while 'Sonthi' insists that he has not accepted the job to expose his fraudulent behavior. 'Madam Oi', a wealthy woman living in France, revealed the origin of her fraud that led to her filing a police report against 'Lawyer Tum' for fraud of 71 million baht, which became the talk of the town. She said that she met with Mr. Sonthi on her own accord, without being hired to do the job, demanding money, and extorting money to deal with Lawyer Tum. Then, Mr. Sonthi showed Madam Oi wine and chocolates as payment, and swore that he would never ask for money from Madam Oi. He also asked if people were wondering if Lawyer Tum would give in and settle the case. Madam Oi said, 'It's too late.' There's no way he would settle the case. Next week, Mr. Sonthi will file a complaint with the Lawyers Council to remove him from being a lawyer because h e is highly unethical. He will also petition the Revenue Department to investigate Lawyer Tum's tax payments, including the money laundering operation in the Tangmo case and several other cases from other victims. While on Facebook, Sittra Biabangkerd, secretary-general of the People's Lawyer Foundation, posted a picture of Lawyer Tum wearing a People's Lawyer T-shirt, with vacant eyes, along with a message this evening that said, "No one loves me. Even a fan shakes its head. Sigh...life." Dr. Wichian Chubthaisong, President of the Lawyers Council, revealed about the prosecution of lawyers' ethics cases to the media that he has cooperated with the Chairman of the Lawyers Council's Ethics Committee to seriously investigate and punish lawyers who have committed misconduct and has expedited the consideration of the ethics cases in which social media lawyers have violated the Lawyers Council's regulations on lawyers' ethics, which has affected the reputation of the organization and most of its lawyer members. I f the facts appear in the media, they can be immediately raised as ethics cases because it is a matter that is clearly evident. If any lawyer has committed an offense related to embezzlement, fraud or embezzlement of clients' money, or engaged in a profession, acted or behaved in a way that violates good morals or damages the dignity and honor of lawyers, it is considered a reason to remove the name from the lawyers' registry, including instigating witnesses to give false testimony or creating false evidence, boasting that one is more skilled than other lawyers, or boasting that one has friends who know someone, which makes the client believe that one can bring the client special benefits apart from litigation, or can persuade that person to help with the case, or falsely threatening that if one does not let oneself take the case, one will find a way for that person to make the client lose the case, or demanding money to run a case, snatching the case, or intentionally missing or abandoning the case, etc., a ll of which are unethical behaviors. In addition, there are three types of punishments for lawyers who commit misconduct: 1. Probation; 2. Prohibition from practicing as a lawyer for no more than 3 years; 3. Deletion of the name from the lawyer registry. Reporters reported that many famous social lawyers are currently facing ethics cases under consideration by the ethics committee, with some famous lawyers already facing more than 20 ethics cases, and many famous lawyers have had their lawyer licenses suspended, and some have had their names removed from the lawyer registry.
