Bangkok: "Madam Pang" Nualphan Lamsam, President of the Football Association of Thailand, visited the Thai national football team camp and injected 3 million baht in bonuses ahead of their crucial match against Turkmenistan. The match will determine the team's qualification for the 2027 Asian Cup.

According to Thai News Agency, Madam Pang joined the team for dinner after training on March 29, 2026, in an atmosphere filled with unity and camaraderie. She announced that the team would receive a 3 million baht bonus if they secured a victory at home against Turkmenistan. This bonus would increase to 5 million baht if they win by a margin of three goals or more.

The Thai national team, known as the War Elephants, faces a critical challenge as they must win the upcoming match to secure their spot in the 2027 Asian Cup finals in Saudi Arabia.
