Bangkok: The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has disclosed the asset declaration of Ms. Mallika Chiraphanvanich, the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, following her resignation from her previous term as a Member of Parliament (MP) on December 12, 2025. Ms. Mallika's assets are valued at 47,365,882 baht, while her liabilities include an overdraft of 471,802 baht.
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Mallika's assets comprise 500,000 baht in cash, 11 bank accounts with a total of 4,544,164 baht, and investments primarily in Government Savings Bank lottery tickets and mutual funds amounting to 5,663,049 baht. Additionally, she owns 14 plots of land in various districts of Lopburi province valued at 25,252,380 baht. Her real estate holdings also include 7 buildings and structures, such as a house, hotel rental business, multi-purpose building, warehouse, shared restroom, and a commercial building, collectively worth 8,076,736 baht. Her assets further include 4 vehicles valued at 1.8 million baht, rights and concessions worth 1,098,952 baht, and other assets like 6 firearms, a gold necklace, and a Chanel watch, totaling 430,600 baht.
The declaration reveals Ms. Mallika's reported total annual income as 1,562,720 baht, derived from various sources. This includes 995,542 baht from her salary and allowances as an MP, 367,177 baht as a Deputy Minister, 20,000 baht from accommodation fees at J.P. Land Resort, Lopburi, and 180,000 baht from building rental fees. Her reported total annual expenses amount to 1,030,100 baht.
Ms. Mallika is currently the Manager at JP Land Resort in Pho Kao Ton Subdistrict, Mueang District, Lopburi Province. Her career over the past five years, from 2019 to 2025, includes serving as a Member of Parliament for Lopburi. She is set to assume the role of Deputy Minister of Transport on September 24, 2025, before her appointment as the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives after the general election on February 8, 2026.
