Bangkok: Dr. Mallika Boonmeetrakul Mahasuk, a candidate for Bangkok Governor, took her campaign to the bustling Victory Monument area, pledging to enhance employment opportunities and improve the quality of life for city residents. Fans gathered to capture moments with Dr. Mallika and offer their support.

According to Thai News Agency, Dr. Mallika officially entered the race after submitting her application and receiving campaign number 14. The campaign event was vibrant, with Dr. Mallika engaging with local vendors and distributing campaign leaflets as her team enthusiastically chanted "Mallika, number 14!" She also interacted with supporters, taking photos and encouraging them to cast their votes in her favor.

During her campaign, Dr. Mallika addressed significant employment concerns with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) street sweepers. She acknowledged the longstanding issues of inadequate employment and benefits within the BMA, stating that her policy agenda focuses on creating more job opportunities and enhancing benefits for BMA staff.

In addition to employment, Dr. Mallika engaged with riders and motorcycle taxi drivers, discussing their quality of life and safety challenges. She committed to advocating for swift actions to improve the living conditions and safety of all citizens.
