Bangkok: The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) is organizing the 2026 National Children's Day event, "MHESI For Kids - Skills for Future," focusing on learning, playing, and enhancing future skills.
According to Thai News Agency, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) organized the National Children's Day event for 2026 under the theme "MHESI For Kids - Skills for Future" on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the MHESI headquarters on Yothi Road, Bangkok, simultaneously with activities at over 40 locations nationwide. The event attracted a large number of young people, families, and the general public, creating a fun, lively atmosphere filled with smiles from the children throughout the day.
The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) has opened a learning space for science, technology, and innovation, making it accessible through hands-on activities that combine fun with inspiration and the development of future skills for Thai youth in a tangible way. The official opening ceremony was held at the MHESI headquarters, presided over by Mr. Surasak Panjaroenvorakul, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. This event highlights the importance of human capital development and preparing Thai youth to keep pace with the future world.
The event activities are designed to be suitable for youth of all ages and include science workshops and experiments, exhibitions of cutting-edge technology and innovation, a performance stage where children can showcase their talents and creativity, and creative activity zones with prizes such as a treasure pit, balloon popping, egg scooping, and many other special activities, creating a fun, modern, and memorable learning experience.
