Following the Ministry of Justice's establishment of a fact-finding committee regarding allegations that a DSI officer intimidated a witness in a Senate collusion case, and the subsequent retractment of that witness's testimony before alleging a conspiracy to fabricate evidence, a complaint has now been filed requesting an investigation into additional serious disciplinary violations by a DSI officer. These allegations concern irregularities observed during the investigation of witnesses by a high-ranking DSI officer involved in the dispute, raising suspicions and providing evidence related to Senate collusion.

According to Thai News Agency, the allegations include coercion, intimidation, threats, and deception used to induce witnesses to give testimony according to pre-prepared scripts or statements. Some instances involve offering or promising undue benefits in various forms, with witnesses reportedly being illegally prepared or rehearsed beforehand.
