He was celebrated for his work in over 100 productions and was particularly known for voicing characters such as Tsuneo and Conan. His passing has left fans of these beloved cartoons in mourning.
According to Thai News Agency, Channel 9 Cartoon announced the unfortunate passing of “Uncle Tuk” Arunee Nanthiwas. He was the voice behind iconic characters like Suneo in “Doraemon” and Conan in “Detective Conan.” His career in voice acting spanned more than four decades, starting in 1982 and continuing up to the present.
“Uncle Tuk’s” contributions to the world of animation brought joy and entertainment to fans nationwide. His memorable voice brought to life characters such as Suneo, Jaiko, Giant’s younger sister, and Giant’s mother from “Doraemon,” Edogawa Conan from “Detective Conan,” Taichi from “Digimon Adventure,” Fujiwara Hazuki from “Little Witch Doremi,” and Hino Rei, Little Usagi from “Sailor Moon.” His work remains cherished by audiences who grew up enjoying these animated series.
