Muay Thai enters camp in France to compete in the 2024 Olympics

France, The Thai boxing team entered a training camp in Nantes, France, in preparation for the 'Paris Games 2024'. Pol. Lt. Col. The Thai national boxing team for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France, from July 26 to August 11, has already departed from Germany for training in Nantes, France. The eight boxers include three male boxers: Thitisan Panmode (51 kg), Banjong Sinsiri (63.5 kg), Weerapol Jongjohor (80 kg), and five female boxers: Chuthamas Raksat (50 kg), Chuthamas Jitpong (54 kg), Thananya Somnuk (60 kg), Chanjam Suwanpheng (66 kg), and Baison Maneekorn (75 kg). All of them are scheduled to spar and train with boxers from the host country, France, and 15 other countries. Pol. Lt. Col. Wichian Phonrit, head coach of the women's boxing team, revealed that he was satisfied with the training results of the five female boxers who had adjusted well. There are three weeks left before entering the athletes' villa ge. The boxers' physical and mental conditions are good and they are hungry for victory. He warned everyone to be careful of injuries.
