Bangkok: Nitipol Phiwaemoh has announced his resignation from the People's Party, emphasizing that while he still holds respect for his former party, he has chosen to embark on a new political journey.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Nitipol, who previously served as an MP through the People's Party's list proportional representation, shared his decision via a message on his personal Facebook page. In his statement, he explained that after careful consideration of his political career, he concluded that it was time to part ways with the People's Party. He expressed his belief that he could achieve more for the public independently.
Despite his resignation, Nitipol assured that his respect for the People's Party and his former colleagues remains intact. He reflected on their shared history, highlighting their collaborative efforts dating back to their affiliations with the Future Forward Party and the Move Forward Party. Nitipol expressed his openness to future political collaborations across various platforms and affirmed his commitment to continue serving the people in his new capacity.
