Organize a cycling event connecting 4 provinces of Eastern Lanna, Tour of Lanna, cycling up the mountain

This activity will help stimulate the economy in the areas affected by the great flood in 4 provinces : Phayao, Phrae, Nan, and Chiang Rai, which have all experienced severe flooding in their areas. The group of provinces sincerely hopes that this activity will help promote tourism in the area and improve economic growth, which will help restore the country after the flood in another way. For the activity format, there will be a sports tourism activity, which is a long-distance bicycle race, Tour of Lanna, a cycling activity up Doi Koi 4, Eastern Lanna cities in the upper northern provinces group 2 (Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan) from December 23-30, 2024, for 8 days, 8 fields, which is a competition in accordance with the international standard rules of the International Cycling Union (UCI.) certified by the Cycling Association of Thailand under Royal Patronage to ensure that the competition meets international standards. There will be both Thai and international cyclists participating in the competition. As for the long-distance bicycle race format, Tour of Lanna will be divided into 2 types: Circuit Rac e, which is a competition focusing on tourist attractions in each province, with a distance of approximately 1.5-3 kilometers/round, and Type 2 is Road Race, which is a long-distance road race format using routes in each of the 4 provinces, starting from Phrae to Nan, entering Phayao and ending at Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai. There are the following competition categories: Men's Model A: Men's open, Model B: Men (30 years old and above + youth), Model C: Men's age 40 years and above, Model D: Men's age 50 years and above. There are 2 categories for women: Model E: Women's A (Youth) and Model F: Women's B (General). On December 24, 2024, Stage 2, stars from Phrae will reach the finish line in Nan Province. Phrae Province has many important tourist attractions, such as Wat Phra That Cho Hae, a royal temple, an ancient sacred temple of Phrae Province and the temple of the chedi for those born in the Year of the Tiger, Wat Phra Bat Ming Mueang Worawihan, Ban Wong Buri, Mae Yom National Park, and Pae Mueang Phi. The ra ce will be approximately 1.5-3 kilometers per round, with a total distance of approximately 30 kilometers. On December 26, 2024, Stage 4 will start from Nan and finish in Phayao Province. The race will pass through tourist attractions and tourist communities in both provinces. Nan Province has important tourist attractions such as Wat Phumin, Wat Phra That Chae Haeng, Doi Samoe Dao Sea of ??Mist Viewpoint, and Wat Tham Chet Wan. On December 30, 2024, Stage 8 (Road Race) Chiang Rai - Mae Sai District is a race to Mae Sai District, the northernmost district of Thailand.
