‘Paethongtarn’ Unveils Vision for Pheu Thai YPP to Engage New Generation in Politics

Bangkok: Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, presented her vision at the launch of the Young Professionals Program (Pheu Thai YPP), aiming to inspire a new generation to engage with politics in a straightforward manner. She believes this initiative will significantly drive both the Pheu Thai Party and the nation forward.

According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Paethongtarn addressed members of the Pheu Thai Party, emphasizing her dedication and affection for the party. She has gained insights from her experiences with members of parliament and respected party elders, which she intends to use to propel the party to adapt to the current global landscape.

Ms. Paethongtarn highlighted the disconnect between the current generation and politics, acknowledging it as a personal preference. She noted the party’s appeal through its female MPs, who have garnered significant popularity, helping bridge the gap with the younger demographic.
