Patcharin Dominates Singha Championship 2026 with Double Titles

Pattaya: Patcharin Cheepchanadej, the top seed, lived up to expectations by sweeping both the singles and doubles titles at the Singha TATAP Tour "Singha Championship 2026," a professional tennis tournament with a total prize money of 500,000 baht, held at Greta Sports Club, Pattaya, Chonburi.

According to Thai News Agency, in the women's singles category, Patcharin defeated Thanatchaporn Yangmode in straight sets, 6-0, 6-4, to claim the championship. This triumph followed her earlier victory in the women's doubles, where she partnered with Lydia Podgoricani to overcome Kamonwan Buayaem and Areeporn Wanichayapanich with a score of 6-3, 6-2, concluding the tournament with two championship wins.

In the men's singles category, Jiratth Nawasirisomboon, the second seed, emerged victorious over Tanakorn Srirat in straight sets to secure the championship. The men's doubles title was claimed by Thanapat Nirandon and Phawich Sonlaksub, who defeated Thadphong Kamolpanyakorn and Theerathawat Thawatchaphongsri.
