Bangkok: Mr. Paradorn Prisnanantakul, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office, extended advice to young democracy advocates, emphasizing the importance of self-development and gaining valuable experience to become quality adults. He addressed the youth democracy group and officials from the Secretariat of the House of Representatives during their visit to Government House.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Paradorn expressed gratitude to the House of Representatives for organizing beneficial projects for youth. He congratulated the 200 selected participants, who had the opportunity to visit key locations within the executive branch, including Parliament and independent organizations. He praised their potential and encouraged them to leverage the experiences from the 10-day program to evolve into responsible adults. He highlighted the history of many politicians and high-ranking executives who actively participated in activist activities.
Mr. Paradorn urged the youths to utilize their student years to learn, work in groups, and gain societal experience. He emphasized the importance of maintaining quality and expressed hope for their future involvement in parliament. He stressed the significance of continuous self-development, pointing out that living in a patronage society necessitates building networks and connections. This, he noted, would allow the youth to spread across various organizations and contribute to strengthening the country.
