Bangkok: The young leading actor Phon Nawason recently addressed rumors about being the channel’s favorite actor, asserting that he does not consider himself as such.

According to Thai News Agency, Phon clarified that his frequent presence on screen is not due to favoritism but rather the opportunities provided by his superiors. He expressed gratitude for these opportunities, which allow him to consistently appear in dramas for his fans. Phon revealed that he is currently filming multiple dramas and has been working for seven consecutive days. He typically films two to three dramas annually and has a particular fondness for period dramas, although he has yet to portray a role set in the Ayutthaya period.

In addition to his acting career, Phon is also an avid runner and has plans to participate in a full marathon in the United States by the end of next year. Despite a demanding filming schedule, he maintains his fitness by practicing light running. Phon commented on recent news of a runner fainting and dying, emphasizing the importance of listening to one’s body and recognizing personal limits. He advised against pushing beyond one’s capacity, as it could lead to serious consequences. Phon, speaking from personal experience, highlighted the importance of training and self-awareness in achieving running goals while cautioning against the pressure to match others’ records.
