Bangkok: The Commissioner General of Police has disclosed that he has not yet communicated with Dr. Taweesilp Vejvitarn following his resignation to pursue a case on the 14th level. This development arose after Dr. Taweesilp, the former Chief Medical Officer of the Police Hospital, submitted his resignation to seek justice.
According to Thai News Agency, Police General Kittirat Panpetch, the National Police Chief, commented on the situation, emphasizing that he has not been in contact with Dr. Taweesilp since the resignation. General Kittirat dismissed any suggestions of political motives behind the resignation. In response to questions about whether the resignation was due to dissatisfaction over not being promoted to Assistant National Police Chief, General Kittirat chose not to comment and left the scene swiftly.
