The investigation team at Udon Thani City Police Station, led by Pol. Col. Phattanawong Chanphon, Deputy Superintendent of Udon Thani City Police Station, attended a meeting to discuss investigative methods for tracking down the robber. They used CCTV footage of the robber breaking into the gold shop and CCTV footage in the mall as clues.

The perpetrators rode a motorcycle and escaped into Udon Thani city.
The motorcycle used in the crime was a yellow Honda Click, which is rare and is a unique color. The weapon used by the perpetrators was a toy gun. The perpetrators committed the crime quickly and may have come to scout out the area before committing the crime. They may be locals, judging from their familiarity with the area, their entry into the crime, and their exit after the crime. The police have come up with several hypotheses.
As for the gold shop’s information, after checking, it was found that the perpetrators stole 22 gold bracelets weighing 1 baht each, worth over a million baht.
